• Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
• Custom or Personalized Orders: For custom-designed jewelry, please allow additional time for processing. Custom designs may require an additional 2-3 business days to prepare before shipping, depending on the complexity of the design.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the shipping destination, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. If there is any delay with your shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the tracking number.
