Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At YearRoundGems, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns of jewelry that is in its original, unopened condition. Jewelry that has been used, worn, or opened is not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable due to health, safety, or personalized customization, including:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, once opened)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Items marked as final sale

To complete your return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted, including:

  • Any jewelry item that is not in its original condition, has been worn or damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery
  • Items showing signs of obvious use, tampering, or damage

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items, including those purchased during promotional events, are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same one, please contact us at info@yearroundgems.com and send the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, we will refund the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
